We are currently seeking Massage Therapists, Nail Technicians, Estheticians, Yoga Instructors and Pilates Instructors, Front Desk Coordinators, Assistants, and Administrative/Creative Assistant.

Spa Front Desk Coordinator

The Spa and Wellness Center is seeking a part time SPA Coordinator to fill an open position in our Bayridge Brooklyn location. The right candidate will be responsible for the front desk, answering phones, greet clients, schedule appointments, order processing, retail sales, data entry, and problem solving. Must be able to multi-task and be a quick thinker. Must have prior customer service, retail-related sales experience and be flexible to work evenings and weekends. Prior spa experience is a plus. Yoga and Pilates Instructors

Assistants

The Spa and Wellness Center is seeking a part time assistant to fill an open position in our Bayridge Brooklyn location. The right candidate will be responsible to assist the front desk, greet clients, assist clients from room to room, file, some data entry, and light phone work. Must be able to multi-task and be a quick thinker. Must have prior customer service, retail-related sales experience and be flexible to work evenings and weekends. Prior spa experience is a plus. Administrative/ Creative Assistant

The Spa and Wellness Center is seeking a part time assistant to fill an open position in our Bayridge Brooklyn location. The right candidate will be responsible to assist management with special projects, extensive follow up, manage websites for advertising, assist with phones, some data entry. Must be a team player and able to work on the weekends and nights. Graduates of the Swedish Institute of Massage Therapy and a minimum of 3 years experience required.  Promote Green Spa NY's Honor Program through media alliances
 Promote Green Spa NY's Rewards Program
 Promote Green Spa NY's Educational Seminars On Wellness & Greening
 15 hours per week dedicated to business development and reporting
 Maintain and provide timesheet and expense report
